The first step is to know your lifestyle, taste, preferences and body shape, followed by taking your measurements and selecting the most suitable fabrics.
Now is the time to make all the right choices so that when you finally put on your finished garment, you will never want to take it off.
As a Bottega Dalmut® customer, you will benefit from the knowledge of a team that will be dedicated to achieving the best result for you.
In addition to the classic measurements, we will also evaluate your posture and we will try to accentuate your strengths and mask any defects.
Our ability to keep thinking in three dimensions means that when we cut your fabric, we will make subtle adjustments to the fit.
Many customers enjoy creating their own clothing to suit their lifestyle, for example adding hidden pockets for a cigar or phone.
Once all the decisions have been made, the fabrics are handed over to the tailor who specializes in your bespoke attire, whether it be pants, vest, blazer, jacket or coat. They will sew the pieces together so that at your first fitting the tailor can see how well the garment fits on you, how it hangs and how it moves.
Adjustments are made and a second fitting is planned during which the suit will be closer to what you might expect to see. There may be a need for more adaptations, but generally we are able to take your outfit to the final stage. The process requires up to 50 hours of dedication to each garment, after which you will receive your Bottega Dalmut final ensemble.
