Men's jumpers in cashmere and wool
The garment you touch before you look at it. Here the yarn matters more than the shape.
Yarns
Cashmere: the softest and the warmest for its weight. It asks to be handled with care.
Merino wool: holds its shape, takes washing, ages well.
Cable and diamond knits: the constructions that add depth without adding weight.
Shapes
Crew neck: the foundation, over a shirt or under an outer layer.
Turtleneck: under a jacket or on its own.
V neck and cardigan: the shapes that open the chest and let a tie show.
Care
Hand wash in cold water with a detergent for delicates, or a cold wool cycle. No spin.
Dry flat. Hung wet, a jumper stretches and does not come back.
Some pilling in the first weeks is normal: remove it with a knitwear pumice.
