Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Delivery is complimentary worldwide, with no minimum order.

How long will my order take?

Within Italy, delivery takes 3-4 business days. In other European Union countries, 7-9 business days. Orders travel by postal service or express courier.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?

Yes. You can enter a different delivery address at checkout.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the courier on delivery. We cannot predict the amount, as it depends on the rules of the destination country.

Returns and exchanges

How long do I have to return or exchange a garment?

Thirty days from delivery. The garment must be in perfect condition with tags intact, and must be sent together with a copy of the shipping note to:

Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage is at the customer's expense.

When will I receive my refund?

Within fourteen days of our receiving notice of withdrawal. The amount is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

Write to info@bottegadalmut.com quoting your order number and the garment concerned. We will send you the instructions.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro credit cards, as well as PayPal. All transactions take place over a secure connection.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, where the service is available: Klarna lets you split the amount into 3 interest-free instalments. The option appears on the product page and at checkout.

Sizing and fit

How are sizes indicated?

We use both international and Italian sizing: S corresponds to 46, M to 48, L to 50, XL to 52. Footwear follows Italian numbering.

I am not sure about my size. What should I do?

Write to us before ordering, at info@bottegadalmut.com or +39 0831 1823163, telling us which garment you have in mind and your usual measurements. We will give you the actual measurements of that model. It is the quickest way to get it right, and for us it is routine: we come from bespoke tailoring.

The garments

Where are they made?

In our atelier in Francavilla Fontana, Puglia, where Bottega Dalmut grew out of the historic tailoring house of Maestro Giuseppe Cafueri, founded in 1969. You can read our story on the Universo Dalmut page.

How should I care for a Dalmut garment?

Each product page carries the specific instructions for that fabric. In general: hand washing is best, avoid the tumble dryer, iron at medium temperature. For cashmere, silk and fine wools we recommend professional cleaning.

Bespoke and appointments

Do you make bespoke suits?

Yes — it is where everything began. A bespoke suit is built on the cutting table of the atelier, starting from the choice of cloth. A selection of our work is gathered on the Creations page.

Can I be received in person?

Yes. We receive by private appointment in Milan, Paris, London and Dubai, as well as at the atelier in Francavilla Fontana. Appointments can be booked from the Private Tailor section or by writing to us directly.
