RETURN OF GOODS
Products purchased online can be exchanged within 20 days of receiving them. The product must be in perfect condition and must be sent to Bottega Dalmut – Via Quinto Ennio, 76 – Francavilla Fontana (BR) together with a copy of the shipping list. The postal costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
Bottega Dalmut will proceed, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to reimburse the sums paid by the user, crediting the amount to the vehicle or the solution payment method used for the purchase.

Come prendertene cura
Lavare a mano in acqua fredda con detergenti delicati specifici per la lana. Asciugatura: Non utilizzare asciugatrice, asciugare in orizzontale su una superficie piana e asciutta, lontano dal sole diretto. Stiratura: Stirare a bassa temperatura con panno protettivo tra ferro e tessuto. Utilizzare leggero vapore, evitando pressioni aggressive che potrebbero appiattire la fibra.
