The delivery of the items takes place by Postal Service or express courier throughout the national territory and in the countries of the European Union. You can request delivery of your package to the billing address or to a different address.
For deliveries in Italy, shipping times are 3-4 working days, while for deliveries to other European Union countries 7-9 working days.
Delivery is free for shipments in Italy, while it costs €9.00 for the remaining countries of the European Union.
RETURN OF GOODS
Products purchased online can be exchanged within 20 days of receiving them. The product must be in perfect condition and must be sent to Bottega Dalmut – Via Quinto Ennio, 76 – Francavilla Fontana (BR) together with a copy of the shipping list. The postal costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
Bottega Dalmut will proceed, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to reimburse the sums paid by the user, crediting the amount to the vehicle or the solution payment method used for the purchase.

Ogni capo Bottega Dalmut in cashmere e seta è realizzato con materiali preziosi e lavorazioni artigianali italiane. Una manutenzione attenta ne preserva morbidezza, lucentezza e forma nel tempo.

Come prendertene cura
Preferire il lavaggio a secco professionale. Per piccoli lavaggi lavare a mano in acqua fredda con detergenti delicati per lana e seta. Asciugatura: Asciugare in piano, lontano dalla luce diretta. Stiratura: Stirare a bassa temperatura con panno protettivo. Evitare vapore diretto e pressioni eccessive. Conservazione: Riporre in luogo asciutto e ventilato, lontano da luce e fonti di calore. Consigli della maison: "Piegate i capi in cashmere su superfici piane, lasciateli riposare dopo l’uso e arieggiateli delicatamente per mantenerne morbidezza e forma."
