Come prendertene cura

Frequently asked questions

How are sizes indicated?

We use both international and Italian sizing: S corresponds to 46, M to 48, L to 50, XL to 52. Footwear follows Italian numbering.

I am not sure about my size. What should I do?

Write to us before ordering, at info@bottegadalmut.com or +39 0831 1823163, telling us which garment you have in mind and your usual measurements. We will give you the actual measurements of that model — the quickest way to get it right.

How long do I have to return or exchange a garment?

Thirty days from delivery. The garment must be in perfect condition with tags intact, and must be sent together with a copy of the shipping note. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, where the service is available: Klarna lets you split the amount into 3 interest-free instalments. The option appears on the product page and at checkout.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested by the courier on delivery.

Where are the garments made?

In our atelier in Francavilla Fontana, Puglia, where Bottega Dalmut grew out of the historic tailoring house of Maestro Giuseppe Cafueri, founded in 1969.

How should I care for a Dalmut garment?

The instructions for this particular cloth are above, in the product details. In general: hand washing is best, avoid the tumble dryer, iron at medium temperature. For cashmere, silk and fine wools we recommend professional cleaning.
